3. Goods and Availability
3.1 We endeavour to display the goods that we sell as accurately as possible. However, product descriptions, images and availability are indicative only.
3.2 If an item is out of stock after you place an order, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of a replacement item or a refund of any amounts paid.
3.3 You are responsible for ensuring that any goods ordered via the Site are lawful in your jurisdiction and may be imported or used by you.

4. Pricing & Payment
4.1 All prices are as shown in [AED] (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and are inclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Payment is processed via Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details; Stripe handles the payment process.
4.3 Your order is only accepted when we confirm payment has been successfully received (via Stripe) and we dispatch the goods to you.
4.4 We may cancel any order if payment cannot be authorised or verification fails.

5. Delivery
5.1 Delivery terms (fees, carrier, estimated time) are displayed when you place your order.
5.2 Estimated delivery times are indicative only and not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.
5.3 You must inspect the goods upon delivery. Any damage, missing items or obvious faults must be notified to us within 48 hours of delivery.
5.4 Any customs, duties, taxes or other import charges that apply in your jurisdiction are your responsibility (unless stated otherwise).

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellation
